Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. As an authorized supplier of KUKKO Tools, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, all returns must be approved before being sent back.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (unless faulty)
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Special order or non-stock items (if applicable)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Because orders are sent directly from our supplier quickly, cancellations may not always be possible.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
