CleanSpace BioHood

The CleanSpace BioHood is designed for use with the CleanSpace HALO respiratory protection system, providing additional protection against splashes and airborne contaminants in healthcare and clinical environments.

The BioHood is intended to be used as part of an approved CleanSpace HALO configuration and does NOT provide respiratory protection on its own. Instead, it works alongside compatible CleanSpace HALO respiratory components to help provide additional coverage and protection for the wearer.

The BioHood attaches securely to the CleanSpace HALO Half Mask system using dedicated attachment points at the front and rear of the assembly, creating an integrated solution for healthcare and infection-control applications.

How It Attaches

The BioHood is secured to the HALO Half Mask system using two attachment grommets:

• Front attachment connects to the BIO Exhalation Valve Cover

• Rear attachment connects to the inlet tube of the CleanSpace BIO Filter

This design creates a secure and reliable connection while allowing integration with the approved CleanSpace HALO Bio configuration.

Important Information

The CleanSpace BioHood is not a standalone respiratory protection device.

Always ensure that the BioHood is used with the approved CleanSpace HALO Half Mask, Bio Filter, and BIO Exhalation Valve Cover as specified by CleanSpace.
